Why Is it Important for Christians to Grieve Their Losses?

Why do we need to grieve? Grieving is a gift from God. The grieving process allows us to experience the pain and the struggle but not drag it out year after year. Once you grieve, acceptance begins to set in.

The ability to forgive begins with grieving, then acceptance, and then forgiveness can be found to set us free.
