On a past “Undercover Boss” Dina Dwyer-Owens discovered that some of her employees had needs unknown to her. This led to Dina revealing her generosity.

One promising young employee needed to work two jobs in order to provide for her family. Dina gave her $25,000 in exchange for increased responsibilities, enabling her to pay off debts and work one job. She now has more time for family.

Leviticus 19:10  teaches, “Do not go over your vineyard a second time or pick up the grapes that have fallen. Leave them for the poor and the alien. I am the Lord your God.”

This verse reminds us to leave room in our budget for generosity, while allowing for staff to maintain their dignity. Are there needs you can meet in your workplace?
