Living to Win

Today's reading: 1 Corinthians 9:24-27

I decided to spend one more day in 1 Corinthians 9 so that we could consider the important message Paul delivers on living our lives with an eternal focus and mindset in verses 24-27. Using the analogy of running a race, Paul challenges and urges us to "run to win!" He then encourages us through his personal example of making the most of every step he takes as he lives for God and pushes forward toward eternity.

Do you think about your life as an ongoing race with the end point or goal as eternity? Why is this important? How does starting each day with an eternal focus impact and motivate you? Tami
