1 Peter 2:19-25

Suffering Savior

No one suffered like Jesus. Think about it. Jesus bore the weight of the world’s sin (which includes my sin and yours) as He was brutally murdered on the cross.

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed” (1 Peter 2:24).

So what does Christ’s suffering show you about how much He cares for you? What does it reveal about Jesus understanding your pain and suffering? Tami
