Joy in Coming Back

Have you ever felt distant or separated from God because of sin (something you've done or maybe something you've refused to do that God has put before you)? Well I've been there, and as a result, I could so identify with Peter's excitement and joy when he realizes that it's Jesus standing on the shore in John 21:1-19. Remember, this is all taking place after Peter turned his back on Jesus in the hours before the crucifixion. But now, Jesus is risen and Peter has the opportunity to make things right. What an important day for Peter.
