Jusice at Dairy Queen

Joey Prusak, a Dairy Queen manager in Minnesota, served a visually impaired customer who dropped $20. The lady behind this customer scooped up the money and put it in her purse.

Joey, demanded the lady return the money, but she claimed it was hers and refused, even with witnesses present. Joey demanded she leave, and then he found the visually impaired customer and gave him $20 from his own wallet.

The story spread internationally. The store’s traffic doubled and even Warren Buffett, the owner of Dairy Queen, called Joey to thank him personally.

Proverbs 11:10 teaches, “When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy.”

Although we often hear about bad behavior in the marketplace, it’s refreshing to know that good behavior still gets rewarded.
