Hearing God

Imagine being selected to manage a wireless phone store. The first week you leave your boss a voice mail with some concerns. But, when your boss responds you never listen to his voice mail!

The next week you leave another voice mail. This time your boss mails you the operating manual, but you never read it!

The third week you leave another voice mail. This time your boss calls your assistant manager. But, you’re too busy to listen to her either.

This is the way many leaders deal with God. They may pray, but they don’t listen.

In John 10:27 Jesus said, “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.”

This week we’re going to talk about four ways to practice hearing from God.
