Reinventing Your Business Part IV

This week we’re discussing how to reinvent your business by using the word Renew as an acronym. The second E stands for Equipping your team and community for the changes to come.

Taking a new direction for your business is hard. It requires a team that has the resources and encouragement to move forward.

When Nehemiah was rebuilding the decayed Jerusalem, he learned that the Israelites were unable to continue working due to indebtedness to their own leaders. In Nehemiah 5, Nehemiah said to their creditors, “ Please, give back to them this very day their fields, their vineyards, their olive groves and their houses.”

When reinventing your business, you’ll need to equip your team with regular and effective communication, and the resources necessary to properly implement the new strategy.
