Showing Your Work

A construction company was growing so fast that they needed someone who could develop job estimates for their projects. The owners needed estimations done without their personal involvement.

That’s when the owners and I walked through their process to determine what could be standardized. Most of their jobs could be estimated by someone else if they were given the right information.

By breaking down the steps, and showing their work for others to see, my client developed a system usable by others to estimate projects, freeing the owners up to grow their business.

Proverbs 18:15 teaches, “The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge, for the ears of the wise seek it out.”

By my client humbly seeking knowledge, they now have the tools to expand their business more efficiently.
