This week we’re discussing a five-part strategy for developing a ministry plan for a business. The third part is “Meeting Employee Needs.”
Helping an employee through a time of personal crisis is the right thing to do, but it also builds loyalty. One effective strategy is to consider hiring a chaplain service.
For example, when an unchurched employee loses a loved one, they are relieved to have a chaplain on staff to perform the funeral and to care for the emotional needs of the family.
Galatians 6:2 teaches, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfil the law of Christ.”
Ask God for creative ideas to better love on your team. Intentionally addressing how to help carry the burden’s of your team is a great addition to a ministry plan.
