Read: 1 Timothy 2

Key Verse: “I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing.” - 1 Timothy 2:8

When was the last time you prayed with someone and opened your heart in prayer? Do you intentionally seek out other Christians to pray with often? When someone else is praying do you agree with them in your spirit or are you distracted and thinking about your next words? Prayer is powerful and God shows up in mighty ways when His people cry out to Him together!

Are you involved in any disputes? Are you willing to drop the pride and own up to your errors? Will you be the first to apologize? The humble person takes responsibility and is a peacemaker. Do not let minor issues and disagreements destroy relationships. Keep god’s perspective and value the other person greatly. Hostility and bitterness blocks the effectiveness of your prayers. Drop the dispute and drop to your knees. Pure reconciliation leads to mighty prayers in Jesus’ name!
