Read: Haggai 2

Key Verse: “I will shake all nations, and the desired of all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,” says the Lord Almighty. - Haggai 2:7

God made it very clear to Zerubbabel, Joshua, and His people that He wanted them to be strong and work! There was a temple to build, and God was attaching some incredible promises. The glory in the new temple would be greater than the glory of the old temple! How could this happen? Jesus Christ would one day minister in the new temple. The glory of God is a phrase that describes His strong presence. God was with them as they built the temple, and He would literally send the Savior of the nations into this very place!
