⁷ The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.

⁷ The Lord is my strength and my shield ; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped ; Therefore my heart exults , And with my song I shall thank Him.

⁷ He proved he's on my side; I've thrown my lot in with him. Now I'm jumping for joy, and shouting and singing my thanks to him.
