¹⁶ But he shall not multiply horses for himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt to multiply horses, for the Lord has said to you, 'You shall not return that way again.'

¹⁶ Only he must not multiply horses for himself, or cause the people to return to Egypt in order to multiply horses, since the Lord has said to you, 'You shall never return that way again.'

¹⁶ " Moreover , he shall not multiply horses for himself, nor shall he cause the people to return to Egypt to multiply horses , since the Lord has said to you, 'You shall never again return that way .'

¹⁶ And he is not to get together a great army of horses for himself, or make the people go back to Egypt to get horses for him: because the Lord has said, You will never again go back that way.
