⁷ If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it."

⁷ If you do well, will you not have honour? and if you do wrong, sin is waiting at the door, desiring to have you, but do not let it be your master.

⁷ If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted [1] and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
