⁴³ The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low.

⁴³ The sojourner that is in thy midst shall rise above thee higher and higher, and thou shalt sink down lower and lower.

⁴³ The foreigner who lives among you will climb the ladder, higher and higher, while you go deeper and deeper into the hole.
