Heavenly Father, My heart is racing and my schedule is full. I feel overwhelmed, burdened, and stretched too thin. Please be my peace in the middle of this fast-paced world. Slow my thoughts. Quiet my soul. Remind me that You are near and that I don’t have to do everything in my own strength. Lead me beside still waters. Help me breathe deeply, trust fully, and rest confidently in Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
