Day 25: Marriage God’s Way
“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.

Marriage is a high calling, and in many ways, a holy one. That’s not meant to be an intimidating statement, but it should bring a fuller perspective. Your marriage is not just about two people getting along, as important as that is, but two people interacting in ways that demonstrate the presence of God in the world.
