A Winning Business Model

One of my daughters recently experienced car trouble and was needing to take her car to a repair shop. Before she left, she said to me, “I’m really nervous about going to these kind of places, because I don’t know much about cars, and I’m afraid they’ll take advantage of me.”

When we’re forced to buy services that we don’t understand, we are at the mercy of the merchant. This is a great opportunity for businesses to become the trusted provider.

Jesus taught in Matthew 7:12, “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.”

Treating customers the way you would want to be treated, will win repeat customers and they’ll bring their friends.
