An Engaged Workforce
By: Rick Boxx

A Gallup study discovered that only 30% of employees are engaged at work. Gallup CEO goes on to state, Gallup finds that the 30 million engaged employees in the U.S. come up with most of the innovative ideas, create most of a company new customers, and have the most entrepreneurial energy.

To create an excellent workplace, we need to look for employees who are passionate and engaged rather than apathetic.

Ecclesiastes 8:15 teaches, So I commend the enjoyment of life, because there is nothing better for a person under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad. Then joy will accompany them in their toil all the days of the life God has given them under the sun.

For your next hire, look for those passionate about their work!
