Almost every time I've sought the wisdom of marketing experts for help on promoting a product or service, it's not long before the subject of testimonials arises. Getting a quote from a past user of services is a common way to give people more confidence in buying from you.

If someone else can share their personal experience with your company, and your product or service, it adds instant credibility. If that person happens to be a trusted name or celebrity, that adds even more substance to your claims.

Proverbs 27:2 teaches, Let someone else praise you, and not your own mouth; an outsider, and not your own lips.

If you desire to successfully launch an updated product, or a new one, look for trusted customers who can proclaim your praises.
