ONE GREATER THAN
THE TEMPLE
"I tell you that one greater than the temple is here."
Matthew 12:6
FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, remember that the form may change, but the message never will. Those who are tied to rules, rituals, and age-old traditions fail to see that I am the One greater than the temple. Others still try to appease Me with sacrifices, and in their ignorance, they end up condemning the innocent victim of their schemes. Enlarge your view of who I am. Don't box Me in.
A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, the tabernacle, the temple, and the law were only pictures of something greater to come. Although prophets had foretold Your coming for years, some totally misunderstood Your purpose. You are the One greater than the temple, a clear picture of the Father.
SIMPLE TRUTH
Earthly temples are built with human hands, but only God can build a spiritual home in our hearts.
