Steps To A New Start-Part 4

March 21, 2014

When we sin after we are saved, we do not lose our salvation and we do no lose our home in heaven.  Remember what 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

My friend, all means all. You are completely forgiven, past, present, and future. Can sin be in heaven? No! Then how can you get into heaven with a half or a whole sin? You can’t, because sin cannot be in heaven.  Your sins have to be covered. All sins have to be covered, and it was done eternally by the shed blood of Jesus on the cross…your substitute. God forgives us, because Jesus died for all sins. God sees us from an eternal position of being…“in Christ.”
