Go On Into Eternal Life

Galatians 6:8—For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

How long is forever? Consider the Rock of Gibraltar, towering 1400 feet over the Mediterranean. A sparrow alights on this massive chunk of limestone, and rubs its beak on the surface. The amount of time it would take that sparrow to turn Gibraltar to dust would be a fraction of a second compared to eternity. God’s promise of eternal life is the big focus, not the whizzing flesh-life. Don’t settle for the short-lived deal and miss the eternal promise.
