⁶² and say , 'You, O Lord , have promised concerning this place to cut it off , so that there will be nothing dwelling in it, whether man or beast , but it will be a perpetual desolation .'

⁶² and say, "O Lord, you yourself threatened to destroy this place so that neither human beings nor animals shall live in it, and it shall be desolate forever.'

⁶² and hast said: Jehovah, Thou, Thou hast spoken concerning this place, to cut it off, that there is none dwelling in it, from man even unto cattle, for it is a desolation age-during.
