¹⁰ In Judah it was said,[1]"The strength of those who bear the burdens is failing. There is too much rubble. By ourselves we will not be able to rebuild the wall."

¹⁰ And Judah said, The strength of the bearers of burdens is decayed, and there is much rubbish; so that we are not able to build the wall.
