Shine On

Philippians 2:12-17   Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling...

Paul calls the Philippians (and us) to "shine as lights in the world" in Philippians 2:15. And all around that phrase, he gives us examples and provides us with context for exactly what he means. That being the case, I took a few minutes to just look through this passage and consider what I was accomplishing and how I was doing as a "shining light" overall.

How are you shining as a light in the world (think about specifics)? Would someone you don't go to church with or who isn't part of your immediate family know that you are a follower of Christ? Tami W.
