Above All

today's reading.
Psalm 135  Praise the LORD! Praise the name of the LORD, give praise, O servants of the LORD...

the blog.
Yesterday "bless the Lord," today the command is "praise the Lord." And, right after issuing this instruction, the psalmist goes on and gives us example after example of why God is worthy of all our praise. 

So I thought it would be good for us to join the psalmist today by making verse 5 our own, if you will. You can do that by finishing this sentence:

For I know the Lord is great and above all gods because _______________.
