Slow 'Em Down

Proverbs 29:20  Do you see a man who is hasty in his words? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

The older I get, the more I realize the wisdom of being slow to speak and sometimes not speaking at all. However, knowing and doing don't always line up because the older I get, I also have more opinions and I seem to like to share them. Sound familiar? 

Proverbs 29:20 is crystal clear that it's wise to slow down the words coming out of our mouth. So what do you do to curb that powerful urge to respond immediately and freely? How has following Proverbs 29:20 been beneficial for you? Tami W.
