Wonderful Spirit

Today's reading: 1 Corinthians 2:6-16

Paul turns his attention to the Spirit of God in 1 Corinthians 2:6-16. He provides us with information about the wisdom and power of the Holy Spirit, and in so doing, also reminds us that upon receiving Christ as our Savior, the Spirit dwells within us, guiding, directing and giving us understanding and spiritual discernment. Paul's ending words in verse 16 put before us quite an incredible picture. "But we have the mind of Christ."

As a follower of Christ, how mindful or aware are you of the Holy Spirit's presence and working in your life? What encouragement do you draw from this passage? Tami
