Who We Are

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance.”Psalm 33:12

THINK

Have you ever considered the fact that our nation didn't "just happen"? Much like our universe didn't "just happen," America is something that was specifically designed and ordained. God has blessed us throughout our history because we are rooted in our faith in Him. Does that mean that every single person in our country HAS to believe in God? Of course not. Every person has the freedom to choose. But it does mean that we are a nation of God believers founded by God believers. And our history is rooted in our understanding that God is our ultimate authority.

When you think about your citizenship in America, think about the rich history. Think about the fact that the men and women who founded our nation did so because they believed in something better. They believed in something greater. They believed in something stronger. And today, we can continue to carry that vision forward as we remain "one nation under God."

PRAY

Thank God for the blessings He has given to us in our nation. Pray for His continued guidance for our leaders as we move forward.

ACT

Have you ever read the U.S. Constitution? Search for it online and read it. And realize that what we have here is not typical. It is a gift from God that must be cared for.
