Spiritual Example

Today's reading: 1 Peter 3:1-7

Peter delivers a wise message in 1 Peter 3:1-7 about how our actions, attitudes, and words serve as powerful, spiritual examples to our spouses (being a spiritual example also extends to those around us, by the way--family, friends, co-workers, neighbors). I've experienced this from both sides--being an example to my husband, and in turn, receiving an example from him--and am grateful for this important reminder.

How often do you think about your actions, attitudes, and words being a spiritual example to those around you, and especially to your spouse? How can you be more intentional when it comes to being a spiritual example at home? At work? In your neighborhood? Tami
