A Servant’s Heart

August 4, 2014

“For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.” - Galatians 1:10

We must stand firm in the Word of God. We need to live knowing that we do not have to have anybody’s acceptance; we are accepted in Christ Jesus. We do not have to please people; we only have to walk in His Spirit. We must remember, to be negative to others is sin.

All we need to do is wake up every morning in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, knowing that I am in Christ and Christ is in me; just being who we are in Christ. Instead of doing in order to be, you are simply being in order to do, and we will be acceptable and pleasing to other people.
