Integrity is an absolute requirement if we are to be authentic in our faith and be able to impact the lives of others.
And one of the hallmarks of integrity is being more focused on others than on yourself.
In the book of Acts, we see that members of the early church lived with integrity. And one of the ways it was displayed in their lives was through their generosity. They took care of one another physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.
Being concerned for the needs of others and living a life of generosity is one way you can demonstrate integrity to those around you.
Another way you can demonstrate integrity is by living a life of truthfulness.
Part of caring for others is being honest with them. A man or woman of integrity will always maintain a genuine profession… in everything they do. This is only fitting for a follower of Jesus Christ!
Being generous with your possessions, and genuine in your professions, are just two keys to living a life of integrity. And a life of integrity will ultimately influence others!
