I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.

--Psalm 119:11

We live in a society and a world that is tolerant of everything… except those who claim that Jesus is the only way to salvation. And we also live in a culture that defines all truth as relative.

Because of this, living for Christ can be a real challenge… or even a seeming impossibility!

But I’m here to tell you that the one way you can live a life against the odds that are stacked against us as believers is to make God’s Word preeminent in your life.

As we see in today’s verse, David understood the importance of the truth of God’s Word penetrating to the core of his being… and driving all his life. The same is true for you and me!

If you are serious about your faith, commit today to reading, studying, knowing, and living God’s Word. If you do, you will have the foundation to stand against all odds as a follower of Jesus Christ in the days ahead.

THE ONE WAY YOU CAN LIVE A LIFE AGAINST THE ODDS THAT ARE STACKED AGAINST US AS BELIEVERS IS TO MAKE GOD’S WORD PREEMINENT IN YOUR LIFE.
