Part of the Plan

today's reading.
Luke 22:47-53

the blog.
As I took in Luke's account of Jesus' betrayal and arrest, the fact that everything that was taking place was part of God's plan stood out to me. Jesus wasn't surprised by the arrival of Judas and those with him. And, I couldn't help but notice that Jesus was the one in control up until He chose to relinquish that control which we see in verse 53 through these words: "But this is your hour, and the power of darkness."

Have there been times when God's plan differed from yours? How did you respond? What was the ultimate result? Tami
