Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 1:22 that God has "put his seal on us and given us his Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee." In other words, when we receive Christ as Savior, our salvation is, at that same instant, sealed and forever confirmed by the Holy Spirit. 

So as a Christ-follower, how does knowing that you are sealed by the Holy Spirit encourage you? Make you thankful? Confident? Tami
