Pure Actions

Today's reading: Proverbs 5:1-23; 6:20-35

Watch any television program, spend a few minutes online, read the magazines--everywhere we look we're being "sold" the message of complete sexual freedom--If it feels good, you should do it. Well God's Word says otherwise. So as I read through Proverbs 5:1-23 and 6:20-35, these passages felt like a breath of fresh air. It was good to see, in black and white in front of me, God's warnings and instruction about sexual purity in an environment where purity is often scoffed at and devalued.

So how can we proactively combat the message of the world? How important is it to talk to your children and grandchildren about sexual purity? How important is it to model sexual purity to those around us--at work, in our neighborhood, with our extended family? Tami
