Knowing God

today's reading.
2 Thessalonians 1    Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, To the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ...

the blog.
Today we move to Paul's second letter to the church at Thessalonica, and again, he addresses Christ's return and the judgment of those people who do not know God--punishment of eternal destruction (vs. 9). His words really drive home how critical it is for us to be actively telling others about Christ.

Now I know I sound like a broken record, but who do you know (think about a face) that needs Jesus? And what can you do to change that? Lastly, what does this passage show us about God's power, authority, and control? Tami W.
