Leadership Lesson

Today's reading: 1 Samuel 14:24-46

As I finished up 1 Samuel 14, Saul's thinking and the way he interacted with his troops definitely provided me with some insight on leading people--but from a negative perspective rather than a modeling of effective leading. Saul was consumed with avenging his enemies, the Philistines, and this state of mind affected how he treated those around him and clouded his decision making.

What's one thing you noticed or learned about leading from this passage? Considering any modifications or changes to your style of leading after reading 1 Samuel 14? Tami
