1 Timothy 2  First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people...

How often do your prayers focus on people other than yourself and your family and friends? For me, it's not all that often. Yet Paul tells Timothy (and us) to be praying for all people and then specifically mentions leaders and people in authority and high positions. 

So why is praying for all people important? Based on this passage, how should we pray for our country's leaders? City officials? Your employer or boss? Tami
