Solid and Sound

Today's reading: Psalm 119:25-32 (Daleth)

The sustaining power of God's Word, when we embrace it and live according to it, was the primary message Psalm 119:25-32 impressed on me as I read this passage today.

Verse 25: "give me life according to your word"
Verse 28: "strengthen me according to your word"
Verse 29: "put false ways far from me"
Verse 31: "I cling to your testimonies...let me not be put to shame"

How do you draw on God's Word to sustain and strengthen you? Think back over the past year. What's one situation in which God's Word steadied and comforted you through a difficult time? Tami
