Captive Thinking

today's reading.
2 Corinthians 10   I, Paul, myself entreat you, by the meekness and gentleness of Christ--I who am humble when face to face with you, but bold toward you when I am away...

Feisty is how I would describe Paul in 2 Corinthians 10, but I loved it. He is defending his actions and letting people know that everything he has done and is doing is because of his devotion and obedience to Christ. Did you notice his words in verse 5? They really helped paint a picture for me of how to live fully for God and got me thinking about what I do (or need to do more) to live out this verse. "We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ. . ."
