Acting for Others

Today's reading: Proverbs 31:1-9

The need to help others and to watch out for people who may not be in a position to take action or adequately protect themselves was the message that came across loud and clear to me from Proverbs 31:8-9.

"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all those who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy."

Would you say you're someone who stands up for, defends and helps others who need assistance? What's one example of how are you living out Proverbs 31:8-9? Tami
