The Secret

Philippians 4:10-20   I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at length you have revived your concern for me. You were indeed concerned for me, but you had no opportunity...

It's pretty clear from Paul's comments that living for Christ doesn't mean we won't experience difficulty and trouble and times of being in need. But then Paul makes this statement. "I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all thing through him [Christ] who strengthens me" (Phil 4:12-13).

So are you making the most of Christ and the strength only He can offer? In the past two weeks, how has Christ been "the secret" for you to have strength in hard times? (Get specific.) Tami W.
