Whole-hearted

Today's reading: Psalm 111:1

I love the opening verse of Psalm 111 because of the psalmist's confident declaration that he will praise and thank God with 100 percent of his heart.

"Praise the LORD! I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation" (vs. 1).

What does praising and thanking God with your "whole heart" mean for you personally? How would you explain why you praise and thank to someone who doesn't yet have a relationship with Christ? Tami
