Marketing Plan Questions – Question 7

In my book, “Unconventional Business,” I highlighted seven questions from marketing guru, Seth Godin, that may help you shape your marketing plan. The final question is, “How do your customers buy your product or service?”

For decades, Walmart dominated the retail market as a department store chain. Now Walmart is playing catch-up to Amazon as more and more customers are preferring to buy online.

In order to build an effective marketing plan, it’s important that you know your customers, their buying habits, and remember that their preferences may change over time.

In John 10:14 Jesus said, “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me.”

When you know your customers well, it helps you shape solutions that hopefully customers will embrace gratefully.
