The Fourth Key to Financial Success-Return on Equity

Many owners don’t realize that a business should have two types of returns on their invested time and money. One is a return on their labor in the form of compensation, and the other is a return on their financial investment.

If you were investing in a mutual fund you would want to know what return to expect on your investment. Buying a business shouldn’t be any different. Knowing your return on equity is the fourth key to financial success.

Luke 12:48 teaches, ““From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”

If you want to know how well your business is really doing, monitor your return on equity and compare it to other investment options.
