The Third Key to Financial Success-Overhead Margin
By: Rick Boxx

Before 2008’s recession, many prosperous businesses overlooked their increasing overhead expense. When our financial system began crumbling many organizations needed to react quickly to their declining revenue to survive.

Several friends of mine took dramatic steps to cut overhead expense. They were amazed how bloated their budget had become. By managing their overhead, many became much more profitable even though their revenue had fallen as much as 40%.

The Third Key to Financial Success in businesses is Overhead Margin. Closely monitoring your overhead can greatly enhance profitability.

1 Corinthians 4:2 teaches, “Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.”

If you desire to be faithful with the business God has entrusted to you, closely monitor your overhead margin. It can dramatically improve your profit.
