The First Key to Financial Success-Revenue Growth

This week we’re discussing Seven Keys to Financial Success. The first key is Revenue Growth.

Knowing the pace your revenue grows from year to year is critical in assessing how well your customers appreciate your products. Unfortunately, many view “more sales” as the answer to all their problems.

An overzealous pursuit of revenue can lead to deceptive sales practices. In biblical times some merchants deceived customers by using false weights on their produce scales to charge more.

In Deuteronomy 25:15 God instructed the Israelites, “You shall have a full and just weight; you shall have a full and just measure, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the LORD your God gives you.”

You need to track your revenue growth, but don’t use deception as your means for growth.
